Our crew installs the approved design with commercial-grade lighting, greenery, discreet attachment methods, properly routed cords, and a dedicated timer.

Seasonal maintenance is part of the service. If weather or a failed bulb affects the display, our maintenance workflow sends the details to the right crew.

After the season, our crew removes the display with the same care used during installation and closes out the project for the year.

How much does professional Christmas light installation cost?
Current 2026 residential projects start at $995. That minimum is measured before any eligible seasonal discount is applied. Most complete residential displays fall between $1,800 and $2,200. Roofline lighting for many two-story homes in our market falls between $1,200 and $1,600. These are planning ranges, not package prices. Wreaths, garland, columns, trees, shrubs, access, display height, and specialty decor are priced for the property. Larger custom displays are quoted individually and are not capped by these ranges.
Do you offer early-booking or October installation discounts?
For the 2026 season, customers can save 5% by booking early and another 10% when the installation is scheduled for an available October date. When both offers apply, the discounts are added from the same approved project price for 15% total. October appointment space is limited, and eligibility and availability are confirmed in your proposal.
Do I buy the lights?
No. The lights and decorations we provide remain ours and are rented for the season. That lets us supply commercial-grade products and keeps you from buying and storing bins of lights.
Do you install lights I already own?
Our full-service designs use products we provide. A separate handyman-style installation may be available for customer-owned decor, subject to condition, access, and safety review. Include that request when you contact us.
